About Beedrawn
Traveling around with his little easel, board and two deck chairs, armed with A4 paper and lots of brush pens, Robert has drawn at various festivals and fetes around south Kent such as Folkestone’s Multicultural Festival, The Folkestone Air Show, Broadstairs Folk Week, Smugglers Music Festival, Deal Braderie, Pfizer open day and Euro Tunnels Samfire Hoe Olympic Torch Celebration.
Robert doesn’t like to draw at parties anymore as he doesn’t really enjoy it, but instead likes to concentrate on commissions. However, he is still happy to be part of street festivals, village and church fetes, depending on his availability.

Beedrawn Commissions
Robert is happy to take commissions and will work from photographs for this. These can be hard copies / prints or photos emailed to him. Cost and turn around will depend on the work involved and requirements of the customer.
He is able to work with a variety of materials and sizes and can produce pictures on paper, board or canvas. Commissions can be anything from black and white drawings to fully painted portraits and computer coloured prints.
Beedrawn Originals
The right shows an original Beedrawn watercolour by Robert. A family portrait given as a birthday present it shows all the members of the family, their hobbies and their favourite things. It was signed, mounted, framed, packed and personally delivered by Robert.

Beedrawn Prints
The most popular of commissions, the Beedrawn prints are high quality inkjet prints using long lasting, light resistant inks on acid free archival paper.
The customer emails Robert some Jpegs which he then uses to make black and white drawings and scans into the computer where the colour is added using various computer programs and techniques.
These make great birthday or anniversary presents. They have also been used for Facebook profile pictures and on company website, ‘meet the staff’ pages.

Live drawings
Beedrawn / Robert has appeared at many Arts and music festivals, School and village fetes drawing full colour caricatures on A4 paper, using black and grey brush pens and adding the colour with a range of colour Tombow dual brush pens. They cost £5 per person / drawing.
Festivals attended: Broadstairs Folk Week, Folkestone Multicultural festival, Sandwich Folk & Ale festival and many others.
Now concentrating mainly on commissions, Robert is still available for the occasional booking depending on workload.
